that is a copy-righted trick called the hit man and is availible from as an instant download for $6.95. it is illegal to reveal this trick where everyone can see it so this is the best answer i can give.

This is a great trick. It got me into magic after I saw a guy perform it. The first response is also correct. Go to the penguin site and download it, they are a good company and sell quality tricks and videos.
