Are there anyways to call overseas without cards, any tricks?

I spend a lot of money to call oveerseas weekly, on phonecards and i dont get the amount of tim it says i have, its like a rip off. Does anyone know any tricks how i can call the caribbean without cards or any tricks please, thanks.

   DSN Phone! or maybe you can call from your PC

   Use cable or broadband phone service from an ISP.

   try skype. my brother uses it to talk to his girlfriend in japan.
   both people have to download it.

   also if both people have yahoo instant messenger and headphones with microphones you can talk for free.
