Hold four Aces together, spread top to bottom so that each card can be seen. Behind them, hide 3 other cards. Quick enough that you audience can’t see the thickness, close the stack of Aces and place it on top of the deck. Allowing the audience to watch you, but not see the face of the card, slip the three top cards (the non-Aces) into the deck one at a time in obviously different places. Now tell the audience there should be one Ace left, turning over the top card to prove it. Now have someone tap the top of the deck three times firmly. Turn over the next three cards and voila, the Aces have ‘risen’ to the top of the deck.
Have someone shuffle a deck. Make sure you look at the bottom card. Have them pick a card, look at it, and put it on top of the deck
Then cut the deck several times, but do not shuffle. Then fan through the cards and you know the card is right after the card that you looked at from the bottom of the deck
