		<description>If you are calling from your HOME, get an INTERNATIONAL plan ... they are now cents on the dollar! If you are calling from your cell phone, call your provider and ask about international calling to the area where you use the phone most, IE the Caribbean. 

If the person has the Internet you can use the updated messenger, its got a "call" option in it. I am not sure of the cost per minute or call, that is something you will have to check out. There are web chats you can use too, but again the person on the other end must have the net and in this case a camera.

If you have other questions, you really should direct them to the phone companies you use, IE home or cell.</description>
