try this even though its very simple it can baffle some
take a deck cut it along the horizontal now the top part is with the observer now ask him to place the last card first(without ur knowledge) now u can tell him what the first card is

theory: when u cut the card with the knife u will see the reflection of the bottom card on it (metal surface) so u can guess it)
