A matching card from a second deck is used as the object card and is placed in a predetermined location before the trick is executed. The magician makes sure that the same card is chosen from the deck that is being used to perform the trick.

OK this is how u do it
the person chooses any card ,and then the person shows it to the camera,an people around him, then after that, theirs always a distraction, that's their Q, the assistant of the magician sticks the same card behind the window, when his done with that, the magician throws the deck at the window.
and that's how you do it.

There are various ways to do it. There are ways to cut and shuffle the cards so that a card just put back in the deck goes right to the bottom or top and stays there. Then it's easy to palm that card and hide it somewhere.

There is a special deck of cards you can buy that's called a 'stripper deck' (don't ask me why it's called that.) The cards look completely normal, they are indistinguishable from regular cards. But each card is tapered very slightly from one end to the other. If the cards are all lined up the same way it's impossible to tell.

What you do is to fan the cards out, ask someone to pick one, then close the deck back up and fan them out again and tell the person to put the card back. Of course when you closed the deck up and fanned it again, you reversed the deck so now that card is the only one that's in backwards. By sliding your fingers along the sides of the deck you can very easily pull that card right out. Or you can cut the cards and since their card is wider at one end it cuts right there. You can also put a handkerchief over the deck and pull it off, and pull the card with it. And these are the EASY things to do. If you're good, you can come up with all kinds of variants of this trick, with their card ending up in a pocket or under a tablecloth or whatever.

It is actually a very simple trick, it is all about Pre Placing the card in a location that nobody would look.
You pre place the card, get everyones attention, use your ability to make them choose the card you want them to, and continue the trick.
