You can go to any store such as WalMart and go to the toy section and buy a soft spongy ball that you can squeeze in your hand but it needs to be strong enough that you can feel that you are having to work a little to squeeze it all the way. Something stronger than a nerf ball in other words. It should be a small ball, a little smaller than baseball size. Try it, it will work. There are exercise balls that you squeeze to strengthen your fingers/hands.
