John Scarne's "Book of Card Magic" has lots of card tricks requiring no sleight of hand. My favorite is Magic with Cards by Frank Garcia and George Schindler. If you are looking for something other than just cards Gibson and Hay still have the most books out but Mark Wilson has one out with easy to follow instructions as well.
