    idk about the coin one, but it is called the snap change, and instead of using an object, the card is replaced with another card. What you do is that you hold one card behind the front one, and move your thumb forward really fast, therefore, pushing out the card behind the front one, and move your index finger back, at the same time to push the front card behind the back card and tilting it at around a 45 degree angle, so no one, right in front of you can see it. It is really hard to explain, but it takes a lot of practice. Try looking up tutorials on google and youtube, and keep on practicing.
