How do you do the magic trick light as a feather stiff as a board?

It is not a trick
i dont really think its some sort of “magic trick”. i think its just Mind Over Matter. In your mind, your imagining the person to be light as a feather and stiff as a board, you sort of “chant” it and it goes throughout your mind. And, since the mind really does control the body, you are able to lift that person as if he/she was as light as a feather, when in reality, he/she isn’t. It’s like if you think you are sick really hard, you might actually turn out to be sick and vomit (which happened to me). Once again, Mind Over Matter.
There’s this one trick that really works. You need at least 5 people to do it though.
-Start out by having one person sit on a chair and the other four surrounding him/her.
-The surrrounding four hold their own hands together and extend their index and middle finger to look like a gun.
-Two people place their “gun” underneath the sitting down person’s armpits while the other two put their “gun” underneath the person’s knees and they all try to lift that person. You will find that you guys can’t lift them.
-Go back into the original position with four surround one person sitting down.
-One person in the outer circle places their right hand just a couple of inches above the person in the chair’s head.
-The person to the left/right of that person does the same just above the hand above his/her head, never touching one another.
-Continue the process until each of the four peole have both their left and right hand above the person sitting down.
-Now, from top to bottom, remove one hand at a time and get your “guns” ready.
-Try lifitng the person above your heads and you will see that it will be as if they were made of air.
This seriously works, i was so shocked by this because im a big guy and four GIRLS lifted me.
