I have to perform a magic trick at a kids Christmas event.any ideas please?

Card Tricks are low budget and are freakin AWESOME!!!
i know a really good card trick, shuffle the cards so you can always see the bottom, lets say the bottom card was the ace of spades… so you say ” tell me when to stop and then i will lift the card and i will show it to you, then i will guess it!” when the volunteer says stop take the bottom card (slyly so the volunteer cant see) and slide it so you can lift the cards to wher they said stop and the bottom card so the ace of spades would not be the bottom card anymore, it would be at the bottom of where th person said stop, so… look away and say the original bottom card… ace of spades!! it is magnificent if you can do it right!
