How do you do the mind reader card trick ?

How is this done ?
Rohin, i know the one about the card thing, you just have to switch cards without the audience noticing.

im talking about something else, its an illusion. I saw David Blaine doing it to some model/actress whatever, he just asked her to THINK of a card, and he named it :| Oh, and no, im not sahil bhagra !
