Does any1 know how david blaine does this card trick called ‘rise to the top’ i need a video tutorial?

i tryed to find video tutorials on youtube but they have the simple double lifting rise to the top trick, not how david blaine does it when he actually sticks it in the middle and also bends it, then it goes to the top.
